目的探讨自体疣埋植治疗扁平疣及其对机体白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)的影响。方法 37例多发性扁平疣患者作为患者组,同期健康体检者35例作为健康对照组。患者组给予自体疣埋植治疗。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法检测健康对照组与患者组治疗前后的血清IL-2、γ-IFN水平,观察患者组治疗效果。结果患者组治疗后,痊愈31例、占83.78%,无效6例、占16.22%。健康对照组IL-2和γ-IFN水平均高于患者组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.12、4.53,P<0.05);患者组治疗后IL-2和γ-IFN水平均高于本组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(t=8.29、5.54,P<0.05);健康对照组与患者组治疗后IL-2和γ-IFN水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.41、0.60,P>0.05)。结论自体疣埋植治疗扁平疣疗效显著,机理是机体细胞免疫功能增强。
Objective To investigate the effects of autologous wart implantation on flat warts and its effect on interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in the body. Methods Thirty-seven patients with multiple genital warts were selected as the patient group and 35 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group. Patients were given autologous wart implants. Serum levels of IL-2 and γ-IFN in healthy control group and patient group before and after treatment were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results After treatment, 31 cases were cured, accounting for 83.78%, 6 cases were invalid, accounting for 16.22%. The levels of IL-2 and γ-IFN in the healthy control group were significantly higher than those in the control group before treatment (t = 9.12, 4.53, P <0.05) (T = 8.29,5.54, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-2 and γ-IFN between the healthy control group and the patient group after treatment t = 0.41, 0.60, P> 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of flat warts with autologous warts has obvious curative effect. The mechanism is that the cellular immune function is enhanced.
