板坯可能有线形裂纹存在于厚度方向中间部位,这种裂纹称为中心裂纹。在一般情况下,该裂纹不能在轧制过程中消除,而作为一种缺陷存在于钢中。本文通过对中心裂纹的研究及相关操作条件的分析,探讨了其形成机理。其结果概述如下:(1)中心裂纹是一种由于液芯末端附近的钢液被封在钢坯中,凝固后产生的缩孔。(2)根据缩孔的大小计算出被封闭的液芯厚度约为6mm。(3)板坯缺陷的间隔与矫直点处辊的周长相同。(4)当板坯浇铸处于裂纹敏感范围时易出现中心裂纹。
Slab may have linear cracks in the middle of the thickness direction, this crack is called the central crack. In general, the crack can not be eliminated during the rolling process, but exists as a defect in the steel. In this paper, through the study of the central crack and the analysis of relevant operating conditions, the formation mechanism is discussed. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The center crack is a type of crater that results from the liquid steel near the end of the liquid core being enclosed in the billet and solidified. (2) According to the size of the shrinkage cavity is calculated to be closed the thickness of the liquid core is about 6mm. (3) Slab defect interval and the leveling point at the same circumference of the roller. (4) Center cracks easily occur when slab casting is in the crack-sensitive range.
