青年员工是长庆油田油气生产一线的中坚和主体力量。大部分具有学历高、自我期望值高、油田子弟比例高的“三高”特征。特别是入职时间短的新进员工,自主意识强,与油气生产岗位存在诸多不适。如何帮助青年员工实现由学生身份向油田员工转变,工作环境由大中城市向矿区转变,使其成为“安心于工作、舒心于工作、倾心于工作”的合格的油田员工,是强化油田生产管理的迫切要求,也是当前企业管理面临的重大课题。笔者认为,提高油气生产一线
