核安全壳是保证核电安全的最后一道屏障,核安全壳表面缺陷检测是重要的一项检测工作。本文首先对所研制的核安全壳缺陷自动遥测系统进行简单介绍,对研制过程中所遇到的关键技术问题做了详细的论述:提出了全站仪辅助的采集设备标定方法,求解控制点在云台坐标系下的坐标,后方交会确定相机的位姿参数;利用觇标影像计算零方向偏移角度,实现采集设备零方向快速自动定向;结合安全壳几何参数、标定参数、定向参数和采集方案,利用微分纠正的反解法将倾斜影像纠正为正射影像,生成安全壳外观全景展开图。
Nuclear containment is the last barrier to ensure the safety of nuclear power. The detection of nuclear containment surface defects is an important test. In this paper, the developed nuclear containment defect automatic telemetry system is briefly introduced, and the key technical problems encountered in the development process are discussed in detail: A total station-assisted acquisition equipment calibration method is proposed to solve the problem of control points The coordinates of the PTZ coordinate system, the rear intersection to determine the camera pose parameters; the use of standard image to calculate the zero-direction offset angle to achieve rapid zero-directional acquisition equipment automatic orientation; combined with the containment geometric parameters, calibration parameters, orientation parameters and acquisition Program, the use of differential correction of the anti-solution to the oblique image is corrected as orthophotos to generate a full view of the safety shell expansion map.
