在现代西方诸种社会思潮中,确乎还没有哪一个流派或学说象存在主义这样对西方现代哲学、伦理学、政治、以及社会实际生活等方面,发生过如此浩大而广泛的影响。它以其独特的人生关注吸引了包括东方、东欧在内的差不多全球人类的注意力,深深渗透于西方广大民众,尤其是青年市民群体的生活方式之中。可以毫不夸张地说,存在主义是20世纪人类文化现象最突出的象征之一,无疑也是现代西方伦理学最重要的组成部分。
In the various social currents of modern West, indeed, no school or doctrine such as existentialism has had such vast and widespread influence on Western modern philosophy, ethics, politics, and the actual life of society. With its unique life concern, it attracts the attention of almost all human beings in the world, including the East and the East, deeply penetrating into the way of life of the general public in the West, especially the youth public. It is no exaggeration to say that existentialism is one of the most prominent symbols of human cultural phenomena in the 20th century and is undoubtedly the most important component of modern western ethics.
