肿瘤样淋巴上皮病是一种少见的涎腺疾病,主要发生在一个或数个涎腺,少数病例可累及泪腺。曾命名为 Mjkulicz’s 病。1972年,全国肿瘤防治研究室将本病定名为瘤样淋巴上皮病变。我科于1974～1980年收治4例肿瘤样淋巴上皮病,术前均误诊为其他腮腺疾病,现报道如下。病例介绍 Tumor-like lymphoepithelial disease is a rare parotid gland disease that occurs mainly in one or several parotid glands. A few cases can affect the lacrimal gland. It was named Mjkulicz’s disease. In 1972, the National Cancer Prevention and Research Laboratory named the disease as a tumor-like lymphoepithelial lesion. In our department, 4 cases of tumor-like lymphoid epitheliopathy were treated from 1974 to 1980. All of them were misdiagnosed as other parotid gland diseases before surgery. Case presentation
