为了保证客车前围刮水器安装孔的强度,在骨架上设有加强板,板外是蒙皮(见图1)。由于加强板为平板,而蒙皮又是曲面,所以二者之间出现间隙。安装刮水器时,要消除间隙,使加强板和蒙皮贴合牢靠,这样就会将蒙皮表面压出凹坑,影响美观及质量。为此,我们改造了原结构,如图2所示。这样既保证了强度要求,同时又避免上述存在的问题。改进后的安装孔可以采用模具在蒙皮上直接冲压成形。由于我厂生产的客车前围总成是采用分装部件的组合工艺,加之车型较多,不易上整体模具,而孔的位置精度要求又较高,所以针对上述特点,我们设计了一种简单模具,可在成形车上用手动直接冲压成形,其工艺过程见图3。通过应用这种模具,保证了刮水器安装孔的强度和产品质量,在实践中取得了较好的效果。
In order to ensure the strength of the bus front wiper holes, there is a stiffener on the frame, and the outside of the board is a skin (see Figure 1). As the reinforcement plate is flat, and the skin is curved, so there is a gap between the two. When installing the wipers, to eliminate the gap, so that the strengthening plate and the skin fit firmly, so that the skin will be pressed out of the pit, affecting the appearance and quality. To this end, we have reworked the original structure, as shown in Figure 2. This will not only ensure the strength requirements, while avoiding the above problems. The improved mounting holes can be directly punched and formed on the skin with a mold. Since the bus front assembly manufactured by our factory is a combination of sub-assembly technology, coupled with more models, not easy on the overall mold, and the location of the hole requirements and higher, so for the above characteristics, we designed a simple Mold, can be formed directly in the car with a manual stamping, the process shown in Figure 3. Through the application of this mold, to ensure the wiper mounting hole strength and product quality, and achieved good results in practice.
