办任何事情都要靠科学,办好普通中学也要靠开展教育科学研究。前几年,我在北京四十一中学工作时,和广大干部、教师一道在这方面做了一点工作,有下面几点体会。一、要办好普通学校,必须开展教育科学研究在普通学校搞教育科研并非一件容易事。学校行政事务多而杂,没有时间搞科研;骨干教师教学任务重,没有精力搞科研;具有研究能力的人员少,多数不会搞科研;还有的人则认为这是额外负担,不愿搞科研。为此学校领导干部就必须保持清醒的头脑,要明确开展教育科研的重要性,坚持走科学育人的道路。
To do anything depends on science, to do well in ordinary secondary schools also rely on to carry out education and scientific research. A few years ago, when I was working in No. 41 Middle School in Beijing, I worked with a large number of cadres and teachers to do some work in this respect. First, we must do a good job in ordinary schools, we must carry out education and scientific research in general education and scientific research is not an easy task. There are many complicated administrative services in the school, and there is no time for scientific research. The backbone teachers have heavy teaching tasks and no energy to carry out scientific research. There are few personnel with research capabilities and most do not engage in scientific research. Others think it is an extra burden and do not want to engage in research. Therefore, leading cadres in schools must keep a clear head and clearly understand the importance of education and scientific research and stick to the path of scientific education.
