HBsAg由主要多肽P~(25)和分子量较大的多肽P~(33)和P~(39)组成。P~(25)、P~(33)和P~(39)均有S区的226个氨基酸。P~(33)在P~(25)的氨基末端多了55个氨基酸[前S(2)]。P~(39)在P~(33)的氨基末端多了108~119个氨基酸[前S(1)]。作者以前的研究表明:S区的免疫应答受两个免疫应答基因的影响;在H-2同系小鼠中确定了H-2~r和H-2~s两个对S区无应答表型,H-2连锁基因调节对前S(2)的免疫应答与对S区的应答不同,用P~(33)免疫对S
HBsAg consists of the major peptide P ~ (25) and the larger molecular weight P ~ (33) and P ~ (39). There were 226 amino acids in S region in P ~ (25), P ~ (33) and P ~ (39). P ~ (33) had 55 more amino acids at the amino terminus of P ~ (25) [preS (2)]. P ~ (39) had 108 ~ 119 amino acids at the amino terminal of P ~ (33) [preS (1)].
