对Q960D板材进行CO2焊和焊条电弧焊焊接工艺试验,CO2焊的热输入分别为8.3及13.2 kJ/cm,焊条电弧焊的热输入分别为11.3及12.0 kJ/cm。焊接工艺试验结果显示:在不同的焊接热输入下,此钢种的焊接性能符合工程中焊接的要求,该材料的焊接接头性能优良。
The Q960D plate was subjected to CO2 welding and electrode arc welding process. The heat input of CO2 welding was 8.3 and 13.2 kJ / cm respectively. The heat input of welding arc welding was 11.3 and 12.0 kJ / cm respectively. Welding process test results show that under different welding heat input, the welding performance of the steel meets the welding requirements in the project. The welding joint of the material has excellent performance.
