热电半导体空调器是六十年代发展起来的新型设备。它采用固体电子器件作为换能器。具有体积小、无噪音等特点,已经在军事工业及重要的国民经济部门中得到应用。热电半导体空调器的参数众多,其设计计算也就比较复杂。国际上以美国安迪生教授的计算方法为准。但实质上他只解决了干式工况的计算,而且十分繁琐。他的模式无法对湿式工况求解。本文首次对水冷式热电半导体空调器的湿式工况获得了解析解。并已用于计算我国第一台半导体空调器,与试验结果吻合良好。文中介绍的干式工况计算方法也明显优于安迪生教授的方法。
Thermoelectric semiconductor air conditioner is a new type of equipment developed in the sixties. It uses solid-state electronics as a transducer. Has the characteristics of small size, noise-free, has been in the military industry and important national economy sectors have been applied. Many parameters of thermoelectric semiconductor air conditioners, the design calculation is more complicated. International calculation method based on Professor Andy Anderson prevail. But in essence he only solved the calculation of dry conditions, but also very cumbersome. His model can not solve wet conditions. This article for the first time on water-cooled thermoelectric semiconductor air conditioners get wet analytical conditions. And has been used to calculate China’s first semiconductor air conditioner, in good agreement with the test results. The method of calculating dry working conditions described in this paper is also significantly better than that of Professor Andison.
