法学本科研究性教学是以“理念·知识·能力”复合型人才培养为目标,以建构教育理论、社会互赖理论、终身学习理论等为基础,包括“问题认知式”理论教学与“合作协助式”实践教学的一种教学思想、模式和方法。法律概念、法律规则与法律原则的教学是“问题认知式”理论教学的核心内容;过程性、归纳性、演绎性与开放性实践教学等是“合作协助式”实践教学的核心路径。
