目的 了解低分子右旋糖酐 (dextran 40 )对正常骨、骨骼肌和骨折后的骨血流的作用。方法 采用氢廓清技术定量测定动物非骨折组正常骨和骨骼肌在用药前、用药后 1h内和 1~ 2h的血流量 ,以及骨折组在骨折前、骨折后 0 5h内和 1~ 2h的血流量 ,用药后 0 5h内和 1~ 2h的血流量。结果 正常骨和骨骼肌在用药后 2h内的血流量明显增加(P <0 .0 5 ) ,骨骼肌在用药后 1~ 2h增加更为显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;骨折后 2h内骨血流量明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,用药后 2h内无明显增加 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 dextran 40能增加骨和骨骼肌的血流量 ,但对急性骨折后短时间内的血流增加作用不明显 ,可能与急性骨折后短时间内机体对创伤产生的应激性保护反应有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of dextran 40 on bone blood flow in normal bone, skeletal muscle and fracture. Methods Hydrogen clearance technique was used to quantitatively determine the blood flow of normal and skeletal muscles of non-fracture group before treatment, within 1 hour and 1 ~ 2 hours after treatment and before fracture, within 0-5 hours after fracture and after 1 ~ 2 hours Flow, within 0 5 h after treatment and 1 ~ 2 h of blood flow. Results The blood flow of normal bone and skeletal muscle increased significantly within 2 hours after treatment (P <0.05), skeletal muscle increased more significantly after 1 ~ 2 h (P <0.01), and within 2 hours after fracture Bone blood flow decreased significantly (P <0.01), no significant increase within 2h after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Dextran 40 can increase the blood flow of bone and skeletal muscle, but the effect of dextran 40 on the blood flow in short time after acute fracture is not obvious, which may be related to the stress protective response to trauma in short time after acute fracture.
