目的了解参芪煎液对小肠功能的影响.方法将不同浓度的参芪煎液置于16条健康杂交狗小肠中,并以生理盐水、党参煎液、黄芪煎液作为对照,以电磁血流计、压力传感器等观察参芪煎液对在体小肠血流量、血管阻力、肠系膜平均动脉血压、小肠运动的影响.结果发现参芪煎液有明显增加小肠血流量,降低小肠局部血管阻力,加强小肠运动的药理作用,与生理盐水比较,差别有显著性(P<005)或高度显著性(P<001).参芪煎液增加小肠血流量的作用强于单用党参煎液或黄芪煎液,与400g/L党参煎液相比较,0min~3min差别有显著性(P<005).结论参芪煎液可促进小肠的生理功能,党参和黄芪的配伍对增加小肠血流量有协同作用.不同浓度的参芪煎液对小肠的影响存在着一定的差异,为临床合理用药提供了理论依据
3. Objective To understand the effect of Shenqi decoction on intestinal function. Methods The different concentrations of Shenqi decoction were placed in the 16 healthy crossbred small intestine. The normal saline, Codonopsis decoction, and Astragalus decoction were used as controls. The effects of Shenqi decoction on the electromagnetic flowmeter and pressure sensor were observed. Body intestinal blood flow, vascular resistance, mesenteric mean arterial blood pressure, small intestine movement. The results showed that Shenqi decoction significantly increased intestinal blood flow, reduced local vascular resistance in the small intestine, and enhanced the pharmacological effects of small intestine exercise. Compared with saline, the difference was significant (P < 0.05) or highly significant (P <0 01). The effects of Shenqi decoction on intestinal blood flow were stronger than that of Dangshen decoction or Astragalus decoction alone. Compared with 400g/L Dangshen decoction, the difference between 0 and 3 min was significant (P<005). Conclusion Shenqi decoction can promote the physiological function of the small intestine. The compatibility of Dangshen and Astragalus membranaceus has a synergistic effect on the increase of intestinal blood flow. The effects of different concentrations of Shenqi decoction on the small intestine exist certain differences, which provides a theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use.
