归因,是指人们对自己或他人的行为进行分析,提出其性质或推论其原因的过程。它是人们在社会认知中的一种重要和常见的心理活动。教师对差生的归因(仅指学习上的差生),是指对差生之所以“差”的原因作出推断和解释。事实上,每个班都存在着差生(差生是相对的),每个教师都会遇到差生,因此,对差生进行归因是任何教师都不可避免的一种心理活动。
Attribution refers to people’s own or other people’s behavior analysis, put forward their nature or inference of the reasons for the process. It is an important and common psychological activity in the social cognition. The teacher’s attribution to poor students (referring only to poor students in learning) refers to the reason why the poor students are “poor” to make inferences and explanations. In fact, there are poor students in each class (poor students are relative), and each teacher will encounter poor students. Therefore, attribution to poor students is a psychological activity that any teacher can not avoid.
