在现代参考咨询工作中确立人格化原则,是应对日新月异的信息技术环境,进一步强化参考咨询功能的有效途径。本文提出并论述了人格化原则的内涵、传统参考咨询中的人格缺失和人格化原则在现代参考咨询中的应用等问题。
Establishing the principle of personification in modern reference work is an effective way to cope with the ever-changing information technology environment and to further strengthen the function of reference and consultation. This paper presents and discusses the connotation of the principle of personalization, the lack of personality in traditional reference counseling and the application of the principle of personalization in modern reference counseling.
