目的观察经会阴三维超声对阴道分娩者产后盆底生物电刺激的治疗效果。方法选择80例头胎阴道分娩产妇,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。另选择40例未育女性作为未育组。观察组实行生物电刺激治疗,对照组实行自然恢复。对三组实行经会阴三维超声检查,比较三组静息状态、Valsalva状态的盆膈裂孔、盆膈裂孔的左右径、前后径和面积(未育组直接检查)。结果对照组产后6、14周在静息和Valsalva状态下三项数值与未育组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组产后6周与产后14周三项数值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后6周三项数值与产后14周、未育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后14周观察组与对照组同期三项数值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道分娩会损害产妇盆底结构,实行盆底电刺激治疗可以减轻分娩造成的损害。
Objective To observe the effect of three-dimensional perineal ultrasound on vaginal delivery after vaginal delivery of bioelectrical stimulation. Methods 80 cases of first-born vaginal delivery women, divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Another 40 non-fertile women were selected as the non-fertile group. The observation group was treated with bioelectrical stimulation, while the control group was given natural recovery. The three groups were subjected to the three-dimensional ultrasound examination of the perineum. The three groups of resting state, Valsalva state of the diaphragm diaphragm hole, diaphragm diaphragmatic left and right diameter, anteroposterior diameter and area (non-sterile group direct inspection). Results There were significant differences in the three values between resting and Valsalva states at 6th and 14th weeks postpartum in control group (P <0.05). The control group had statistically significant differences between the 6th week postpartum and the 3rd week postpartum (P <0.05). The observation group 6 weeks postpartum three values and postpartum 14 weeks, non-education group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the three values between the observation group and the control group during the 14 weeks postpartum (P <0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal delivery will damage the structure of the pelvic floor of the mother. The implementation of pelvic floor electrical stimulation can reduce the damage caused by childbirth.
