本文用改进的紫外吸收法测定了38例急性肾炎患儿血浆中分子物质(MMS)含量。其中合并高血压脑病者7例,为急性肾炎合并脑病组,余31例为单纯急性肾炎组。同步测定血Cr和BUN,并以47名健康儿童的血浆MMS含量作对照。结果表明急性肾炎合并脑病组的血浆MMS水平较对照组和单纯急性肾炎组为高(P<0.01),后两组比较血浆MMS水平无显著性差异。血浆MMS增高与肾功能受损相关性不明显。文中对急性肾炎并高血压脑病与血浆MMS增高的关系进行了讨论。
In this paper, 38 cases of acute nephritis in children plasma protein (MMS) content was measured by UV absorption method. Among them, 7 cases were complicated with hypertensive encephalopathy, with acute nephritis complicated with encephalopathy and the other 31 cases with simple acute nephritis. Simultaneous determination of blood Cr and BUN, plasma MMS content of 47 healthy children as a control. The results showed that the level of MMS in acute nephritis patients with encephalopathy was significantly higher than that in control group and acute nephritis group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in MMS in the latter two groups. The correlation between plasma MMS and renal dysfunction was insignificant. The article discusses the relationship between acute nephritis and hypertensive encephalopathy and increased plasma MMS.
