近年来,宗族势力逐渐复兴,日益成为乡村社会发展中不可忽视的社会力量。这一力量必然会对村民自治产生影响,且在一定程度上影响村民自治进程。遏制、消除宗族势力对村民自治的负面影响是推进我国乡村民主化进程、完善村民自治的首要任务。因此,本文首先从村干部选举、村务管理等村民自治环节出发,分析宗族势力产生的影响,在此基础上揭露宗族对村民自治过程产生影响的内外根源。最后,提出正确引导宗族发展,推进村民自治的对策。
In recent years, the clan forces gradually revived and increasingly became social forces that can not be ignored in the development of rural society. This force will inevitably have an impact on the autonomy of villagers, and to a certain extent, affect the process of villager autonomy. Suppressing and eliminating the negative influence of clan forces on the autonomy of villagers is the primary task of promoting the process of democratization in our country and perfecting the autonomy of villagers. Therefore, this article first analyzes the influence of the clan forces from the village leaders ’self-governance such as village cadre election and village affairs management, and then reveals the internal and external root causes of clans’ influence on the process of villager self-government. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures of correctly guiding the development of the clan and promoting the autonomy of the villagers.
