目前，大部分高中生一提到写作就感到头痛不已，花很多时间好不容易写出一篇文章，结果却错误百出，得分较低。面对这样的状况，广大中学生如何才能摆脱这样的窘境，学好语法，写出好文章呢。首先我先从学生学习英语语法的现状谈起，阐述一下为什么高中生英语作文错误百出的原因。
现在很大一部分学生，包括一部分的家长都持有这样的观点，认为英语只是一种交流的工具而已，只要听得懂，遵循不遵循语法规律无关紧要。正因为有了这样错误的认识，所以中学生在平时的英语学习中不重视语法学习。英语专家顾曰国认为：语法实际上是总结英语语用规律，所以对我们中国人来说，学习语法是学好英语这门语言的一个有效且必要的途径。大家试想一下，如果连最基本的英语语用规律都不知道，如何能说出让人听懂的英语呢;如果你写出的文章不遵循语法规律，只是单词的堆砌，那还叫文章吗？所以要想写出好的文章，还得从学好语法的角度出发。首先，写出遵循语法规律的正确句子。其次在正确的基础上，尽可能多的使用从句、非谓语动词、强调句、倒装句、with的复合结构等一系列的语法形式，来提升、润色我们的作文，使我们的作文在考试中受到阅卷教师的青睐，取得高分。高考作文阅卷标准中第五档、第四档都有明确的要求“应用较多的语法结构和词汇”更加证明了要想写出好文章，就得先学好语法。
以下通过具体的例子来看一看语法是如何和作文相结合，如何使我们的作文锦上添花。
1. 定语从句与写作相结合
The quotation tells us that success comes to those who never give in to the failures which bother us one after another.
2. 名词性从句与写作相结合
When it comes to things I’m proud of， what occurs to me first/ what crosses into mind immediately is my coming first in the English Speech Contest.
3. 状语从句与写作相结合
After the experience， I realize that no matter how tough the life is， don’t let failures discourage you and you will be successful finally.
4. 非谓语动词与写作相结合
1） Having gone through a series of trouble， I have a deep understanding of this proverb.
2） Surprised and shocked， I couldn’t believe my ears. Being shy， I wasn’t brave enough to speak loudly in front of others， let alone sing on the stage！
5. 强调句与写作相结合
In addition， those students believe that it is the warmth which is brought by our attempts that lights our mind.
6. 倒装句与写作相结合
Only with the enthusiasm to overcome all the difficulties in the way of going ahead can we strengthen our mind and finally get the achievement.
7. with的结构与写作相结合
With the efforts and the hope to improve my English， I finally made myself stand out among others after failing many times.
8. 现在完成时、现在完成进行时使文章更加生动
When it comes to my favorite proverb， “Where there is a will， there is a way” is my first choice which has been inspiring me all the way.
综上所述，语法与写作是密不可分的，语法是我们写好作文的重要前提与保障。要想我们的作文能在考试当中脱颖而出，我们就得熟练掌握各种语法项目，并将掌握的语法灵活运用到我们的写作中去。
