目前,我国已是全球最大的电动汽车市场,电动汽车的普及有力地推动了交通部门用能清洁化,但大规模电动汽车并网将对电力系统的运行带来挑战。有序接入电动汽车将大幅降低电动汽车充电负荷对电网的冲击,结合V2G等新兴技术的电动汽车更可为电力系统提供分布式储能资源,而充电价格政策是发掘上述电动汽车电力系统应用价值的关键手段。本文分析了电动汽车参与电力系统运行的潜在价值,并在此基础上提出了充放电价格的政策建议。
