本文建立了预燃室式柴油机工作过程的数理模型,并编制了计算程序。把主室和副室当作两个热力学系统,分别考虑其燃烧放热规律,提出了确定主副室燃油分配的方法,导出了二者之间的热力学联系,因此能分别求出其压力、温度和成份的变化规律。对24W200型预燃室式废气涡轮增压柴油机的工作过程进行了计算,分析了主副室主要结构参数和热力学参数的变化对发动机性能的影响,计算与实验结果基本一致。
In this paper, a mathematical model of the working process of pre-combustion chamber diesel engine is established and a calculation program is compiled. Taking the main chamber and the auxiliary chamber as two thermodynamic systems, respectively considering the law of combustion and heat release, a method of determining the fuel distribution of the main and auxiliary chambers was proposed and the thermodynamic relationship between the two was derived.
