人事编制工作是社会关注的热点,群众监督的重点。近年来,巴中市人事局以打造“阳光人事”为抓手,创新公开载体,拓展公开内容,完善公开机制,突出公开成效,依法扎实开展党务政务公开工作,有效增强了人事编制工作透明度和公信力。巴中市人事局打造“阳光人事”的成功做法得到四川省人事厅和四川省编办领导的充分肯定,并在全省人事编制系统交流推广。巴中市人事局连续三年被市政府评为“信息化建设先进集体”。
