以生菜品种“大速生”为试材,采用基质栽培研究方法,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度的Fe2+对生菜幼苗形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:喷施低于60mg/L的Fe2+处理对生菜的株高无明显影响,但浓度为60mg/L Fe2+时,就会抑制植株长高;Fe2+浓度低于45mg/L时,生菜具有较多的叶片数,浓度为60mg/L则起抑制作用;Fe2+处理对生菜的叶绿素a含量和叶绿素总含量的影响不明显,但是15mg/L Fe2+处理对生菜叶绿素b含量有促进作用,在此处理下的叶绿素b含量显著高于其它各处理,约为对照的164%;60mg/L Fe2+处理显著提高了生菜叶片的可溶性蛋白质含量;虽然叶面喷施Fe2+对叶片可溶性糖含量没有显著的影响,但显著降低了叶片脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶的活性,且浓度越高,抑制作用越明显。
The effects of different concentrations of Fe2 + on the morphology and physiological indexes of lettuce seedlings were studied by using the method of substrate cultivation, taking the lettuce variety “fast-growing ” as test material. The results showed that the plant height of lettuce had no significant effect when spraying 60mg / L Fe2 +, but the plant height was inhibited when the concentration of Fe2 + was 60mg / L. When the Fe2 + concentration was lower than 45mg / L, The number of leaves at the concentration of 60 mg / L inhibited the chlorophyll a content and total chlorophyll content in lettuce, but the treatment with 15 mg / L Fe2 + had a positive effect on chlorophyll b content in lettuce. Under the treatment of 60 mg / L Fe2 +, soluble protein content of lettuce leaves significantly increased. Although foliar application of Fe2 + had no significant effect on soluble sugar content of leaves, leaf chlorophyll b content was significantly higher than that of other treatments, But significantly reduced the content of proline and the activity of peroxidase. The higher the concentration, the more obvious the inhibition.
