采用扑热息痛吸收试验对79例非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者症状与胃液体排空关系进行研究,结果提示:48.10％患者存在胃液体排空延迟;9种消化不良症状出现与胃液体排空延迟与否无关;症状总分和各症状分比较分析均未发现症状轻重程度与胃液体排空有直接关系,结果提示我们临床诊断和治疗应以胃运动功能检测为客观依据。
Paracetamol absorption test of 79 patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) patients with gastric fluid emptying the relationship between the results showed that: 48.10% of the patients with gastric emptying delay; 9 kinds of dyspeptic symptoms and gastric emptying Delay or not; symptom score and the comparative analysis of the symptoms did not find the severity of symptoms and gastric emptying has a direct relationship, the results suggest that our clinical diagnosis and treatment should be based on gastric motility test as an objective basis.
