目的研究甘茶花Hydrangea macrophylla var.thunbergii的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,结合理化性质及光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从甘茶花甲醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为紫杉氰糖苷(1)、新绿原酸(2)、3-O-吡喃葡萄糖-4-羟基苯甲醛(3)、茵芋苷(4)、莫诺苷(5)、顺式对羟基香豆酰奎宁酸(6)、绿原酸(7)、7-甲氧基-8-O-吡喃葡萄糖香豆素苷(8)、马钱子苷(9)、反式对羟基肉桂酸(10)、断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(11)、2-hydroxy-4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-6-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-benzoic acid(12)。结论化合物12为新化合物,命名为异绣球苷A,化合物3为新天然产物,化合物1、4、5、8为首次从绣球属植物中分离得到,化合物9、11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla var. Thunbergii. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Camellia oleifera and identified as taxolide (1), neochlorogenic acid (2), 3-O-glucopyranosyl-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4), morroniside (5), cis-hydroxycoumaric acid (6), chlorogenic acid (7), 7- methoxy-8-O-glucopyranosylcoumarin Glycosides (8), siamese (9), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid (10), sirolimus hemi-lactal (11), 2-hydroxy- 4- (β-D-glucopyranosyloxy) -6- [2- (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl] -benzoic acid (12). Conclusions Compound 12 is a new compound named as iridoside A and compound 3 is a new natural product. Compounds 1, 4, 5 and 8 are isolated from Hydrangea for the first time. Compounds 9 and 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time get.
