学校工作的好坏,在很大程度上取决于教师的人事管理。由于教师工作的某些特殊性,学校人事工作也有它自身的特点和规律。一、商调时间短,涉及教师多。教师的人事调动有一定的季节性,即在每年的暑假。有时我也天真地想,尽可能不调或少调,但客观的情况不由自主:一是每年暑假有大中专毕业生分配来工作,需要安排到岗;二是每年都有一批教师要退休,需要补员;三是由于片面追求升学率的影响,家长择校,户口失控,招生计划往往需作调整;四是城市新村的兴建与扩展,常有新校开办与扩班;五是干部的提拔与调动,或人际关系的调整。所以,暑假是学校人事干部的大忙季节。我们规定:每年8月6日教师回校领工资那天,绝大部分的调动人员都要到新单位报到,以便校长安排新学期的课务,减少开学时的
