我院自1982年1月～1991年12月共行食管癌外科治疗102例,现报告如下。一、一般资料本组102例中,男74例,女28例;年龄22～67岁。病程20天至一年,中位数为3、4个月。肿瘤病变长度0.5～10cm,平均为5.1cm。病灶部位:颈段2例,上段10例,中段65例,下段25例。病理组织学分型:鳞癌94例,腺癌6例,鳞癌加腺癌2例。切除后病理检查,有淋巴结转移癌50例,淋巴结转移阳性率为49％。接VICC国际TNM标准分期:0期2例,Ⅰ期6例,Ⅱ期20例,Ⅲ期59例,Ⅳ期15例。二、切除率手术切除97例(颈段2例,上段10例,中段61例,下段24例),总切除率为95.1％。单纯
In our hospital, 102 cases of surgical treatment of esophageal cancer were performed from January 1982 to December 1991. The current report is as follows. First, the general information of the group of 102 cases, 74 males and 28 females; aged 22 to 67 years old. The disease duration ranged from 20 days to one year with a median of 3 or 4 months. The tumor lesions were 0.5 to 10 cm in length with an average of 5.1 cm. Lesions: 2 in the neck, 10 in the upper segment, 65 in the middle segment, and 25 in the lower segment. Histopathological classification included 94 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 6 cases of adenocarcinoma, and 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma plus adenocarcinoma. After resection, there were 50 cases of lymph node metastases and the positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 49%. Followed by VICC international TNM standard stage: 0 in 2 cases, 6 cases in phase I, 20 in phase II, 59 in phase III, and 15 in phase IV. Second, the resection rate of surgical resection in 97 cases (2 cases in the neck, the upper 10 cases, 61 cases in the middle, the lower 24 cases), the total resection rate was 95.1%. simple
