The authors prepared twenty-four different ferric hydroxides, chromium and aluminum for the study by the following four methods. 1. An equal volume of ammonia solution was added dropwise to the salt solution over 30 minutes at constant stirring. 2. Add an equivalent amount of ammonia solution to the salt solution. 3. Add an equivalent amount of salt solution to the ammonia solution once. 4. An equal weight of salt solution is added dropwise to the ammonia solution over 30 minutes with constant stirring.
