十几年来,在家鱼人工繁殖生产中一直使用绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和鱼类的脑垂体(PG)这类催情剂,但其来源较为困难,其杂质含量也较高,给亲鱼带来一定的副作用。中国科学院上海生物化学研究所用人工合成的LRH,在家鱼催情产卵上获得成功,为家鱼人工繁殖的发展提供了有利条件。但该催情剂仍存在着剂量较高,操作较为复杂(用颅腔)的缺点。1975年上海生化所又合成了一种LRH类似物的新激素,并寄来我所进行试验,经我所在家鱼人工繁殖生产过程中试用,获得了较为满意的效果。
For more than a decade, aphrodisiacs such as chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and fish pituitary gland (PG) have been used for artificial reproduction of domestic fish, but their origins are more difficult and their impurity content is higher. To some side effects. The LRH synthesized by the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, succeeded in spawning aphids in domestic fish and provided favorable conditions for the development of artificial reproduction of fish. However, the aphrodisiac still has the disadvantage of higher dosage and complicated operation (using the cranial cavity). In 1975, Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry also synthesized a new hormone of LRH analogues and sent it to me for testing. After the trial of artificial breeding and production of our native fish, we obtained satisfactory results.
