Thirteen-year-old Lawrence Rook, out the door and off to school, like most children early in the morning. But this ordinary schoolboy has the 1)ingenious idea that could change his life.

Inspiration for the idea came when his school ran a Dragon’s Den-style competition, where, it seems, he’s not the only inventor.
Teacher: Of the seven finalists, three have got their products 3)patented. One, the winner of the competition, is actually currently in negotiation with a factory in China to take his product to the marketplace. At age 12, that’s enormously exciting.

老师：七个入围最后决赛的选手中，有三人的发明获得了专利。比赛的冠军得主目前正和中国的一家工厂进行洽谈，他的产品有望进入市场。对一位年仅12岁的少年来说，这确实是一个令人无比兴奋的好消息。
