目的了解某机械厂电焊作业存在的职业病危害因素,为该厂职业卫生管理提供依据。方法依据国家标准《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》对现场进行采样检测。结果电焊作业过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为二氧化氮、电焊烟尘、一氧化碳、臭氧电焊弧光、噪声。检测结果表明检测的28个噪声作业点有11个超标,超标率39.3%。二氧化氮浓度为0.1~2.5 mg/m3、电焊烟尘浓度为0.001~0.300 mg/m3,一氧化碳浓度0.1 mg/m3,臭氧浓度为0.10~0.27 mg/m3,符合国家卫生标准,电焊弧光检测符合国家卫生标准。结论应加强职业卫生管理,防止职业病的发生。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards that exist in the welding operation of a machinery plant and provide basis for the occupational health management of the plant. Methods Based on the national standard “Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in Workplace Air”, samples were collected and tested on site. Results The main occupational hazards that exist in the process of welding are nitrogen dioxide, welding dust, carbon monoxide, ozone welding arc and noise. The test results show that there are 11 out of 28 noise operation points detected, exceeding the standard rate of 39.3%. The concentration of NO2- is from 0.1 to 2.5 mg / m3, the concentration of welding dust is from 0.001 to 0.300 mg / m3, the concentration of carbon monoxide is 0.1 mg / m3 and the concentration of ozone is from 0.10 to 0.27 mg / m3. health standard. Conclusion Occupational health management should be strengthened to prevent occupational diseases from occurring.
