基于利益相关者角度来研究企业社会责任与企业价值的关系,得出的结论是:从总体来看,企业积极履行社会责任有助于企业价值的提升。企业对股东、债权人、员工、供应商和公众承担的社会责任越多,越容易产生良好的社会回应,从而更有利于提升企业价值。企业应该正确树立承担社会责任意识,主动履行对企业利益相关者的责任,并将承担社会责任作为一项企业战略任务,嵌入到公司治理中。政府和相关部门通过制定法律法规来监管企业履行社会责任的情况,使企业能真正落实承担社会责任这项义务。只有这样,企业才能履行好社会责任,也才能提高企业价值,使企业获得可持续发展。
Studying the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate value from the perspective of stakeholders, the conclusion is: Overall, corporate social responsibility can contribute to the enhancement of corporate value. The more social responsibility enterprises have to shareholders, creditors, employees, suppliers and the general public, the more likely they are to have a good social response, which is more conducive to enhancing corporate value. Enterprises should correctly establish their sense of social responsibility and take the initiative to fulfill their responsibilities to the enterprise stakeholders. They should also embrace social responsibility as a corporate strategic task embedded in corporate governance. The government and relevant departments regulate the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility by formulating laws and regulations so that enterprises can truly fulfill their obligation of assuming social responsibility. Only in this way, companies can fulfill their social responsibilities, but also to enhance the value of enterprises, enabling enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
