目的对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的异常表达及其活性进行归纳总结,为其抗氧化和抗凋亡研究提供参考。方法查阅近年来研究文献,综述了国内外对3种SOD同工酶在不同病理情况和不同物质诱导下血清或组织中异常表达和异常活性的研究内容。结果近几年有关SOD同工酶(Cu,Zn-SOD、Mn-SOD和EC-SOD)特别是Mn-SOD在心、肝和脑等组织缺血(缺氧)再灌(复氧)等氧化损伤、糖尿病和肿瘤发展等的表达和活性的变化较为复杂,在不同的病理下或不同物质诱导下SOD同工酶的表达或活性会出现不同的变化。这些变化是由于机体的抗氧化或抗凋亡能力改变所致。结论 SOD同工酶在不同的病理条件和不同物质诱导下,其表达的数量和活性是不同的,这将对于疾病诊断、治疗、预后和新药的研究与开发提供重要参考,也将为抗氧化和抗凋亡的研究提供参考。
Objective To summarize the abnormal expression and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozymes and provide references for their anti-oxidative and anti-apoptosis research. Methods Based on the literature reviewed in recent years, the contents of abnormal expression and abnormal activity of three kinds of SOD isozymes in serum or tissue induced by different pathological conditions and different substances were reviewed. Results In recent years, the activities of SOD isoenzymes (Cu, Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD and EC-SOD), especially Mn-SOD, The changes of expression and activity of injury, diabetes and tumor development are complicated. Under different pathological conditions or under the guidance of different substances, the expression of SOD isoenzyme or its activity may have different changes. These changes are due to changes in the body’s antioxidant or anti-apoptotic capacity. CONCLUSIONS: SOD isoenzymes are different in quantity and activity under the different pathological conditions and induced by different substances, which will provide important reference for the research and development of disease diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and new drug. And anti-apoptosis study provide a reference.
