在高含水量土质隧道中,系统锚杆施工中存在成孔困难、注浆效果差、抗拉拔力低、支护效果不佳、费效比低等缺点。为此,提出在高含水量土质隧道中不设系统锚杆,采用“型钢拱架+喷射混凝土+钢筋网+锁脚锚管+纵向连接筋”组成的新型支护结构。在哈尔滨绕城高速公路天恒山隧道Ⅵ级围岩段设置了两个监测断面,采用现场实测的方法,进行高含水量土质隧道不设系统锚杆的试验研究,结果表明:在取消系统锚杆,采用锁脚锚杆替代的情况下,隧道初期支护的结构变形和受力均在允许范围之内,初期支护工作状态良好。高含水量隧道取消系统锚杆,可缩短工期和降低工程造价,具有显著的经济价值和社会效益。
In the high water content soil tunnel, the construction of the anchor bolt has the defects of forming a hole, poor grouting effect, low anti-drawing force, poor supporting effect and low cost efficiency ratio. Therefore, it is proposed that there should be no new system anchor in the high water content soil tunnel, and a new type of support structure consisting of “steel arch + sprayed concrete + steel mesh + lock anchor pipe + longitudinal connection rib” is proposed. Two monitoring sections were set up in Ⅵ grade surrounding rock section of Tianhengshan Tunnel in Ring Expressway in Harbin, and the field test method was used to test the system without the system anchor rod in high water content soil tunnel. The results show that: , The use of lock bolt instead of the case, the initial structure of the tunnel deformation and stress are within the allowable range, the initial support work in good condition. Canceling the system anchor rod in high water content tunnel can shorten the construction period and reduce the project cost, which has significant economic value and social benefits.
