《关于修改〈中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法〉的决定》已由八届全国人大四次会议于一九九六年三月十七日审议通过,据此修改后的刑事诉讼法对我国刑事诉讼制度做了重大改革和完善,标志着我国社会主义民主与法制建设又向前迈进了一大步。它的颁行,必将对我国刑事司法活动,特别是人民法院的刑事审判工作产生重大而深远的影响。
