党的十七届三中全会,是在国际形势发生深刻变化、我国改革发展进入关键阶段召开的一次十分重要的会议。全会审议通过的《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》,明确了新形势下推进农村改革发展的指导思想、目标任务、重大原则和战略举措,是指导当前和今后一个时期推进农村改革发展的行动纲领。各级党组织和广大党员干部一定要认真学习和深刻领会《决定》精神,坚持以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导,把党的执政能力建设和先进性建设作为主线,深入学习实践科学发展观,以改革创新精神加强农村党的建设工作,为推进农村改革发展提供坚强的组织保证。
