秦安县小商品市场是西北地区最大的县级市场之一,占地53.1亩,建筑面积3.2万平方米,上市经营的国营、集体、个体共有1500余户,从业人员6000多人。市场日均客流量3万人(次),年营业额1.5亿元。1994年上交国家税金468.3万元,占全县财政收入的28%。其商品销往西北、西南各省及附近的几十个县,并流入中印、中缅、中尼、中亚等边境地区。被誉为西北大地上的一颗明珠。
Qinan County Commodity Market is one of the largest county-level markets in Northwest China. It covers an area of 53.1 mu with a building area of 32,000 square meters. There are more than 1,500 state-owned enterprises, collectives and individuals in the public markets and more than 6,000 employees. Market daily average of 30,000 passengers (times), the annual turnover of 150 million yuan. In 1994, it handed in 4.663 million yuan of state taxes, accounting for 28% of the county’s fiscal revenue. Its commodities are sold to the northwest, southwestern provinces and nearby dozens of counties, and flows into the border areas of China and India, China, Myanmar, China, Nepal and Central Asia.
