用 Sigma438/Mcs560型电子计算机化γ照相机对80人作食管放射图。受捡者吞咽1mCi 剂量的硫化~(99m)锝胶体。电子计算机按帧收集数据,每帧1秒,共16秒,用RENAL 程序处理,我们可获得1幅时间—强度曲线和4个指标,还可计算 RETT 和每一感兴趣区的 RSEE T_(1/2)。RETT 的正常范围是6.22±2.77秒,RSEE T_(1/2)为小于2.5秒。食管可被癌肿阻闭,RSEE T_(1/2),应当延长。食管切除术后约15~18天时,RSEET_(1/2)应有减少或达正常。14例惠咽异感症患者中11例有异常的 RET T 或 RSEET_(1/2),硬皮症、贲门失弛缓症和食管疝患者的 RET T 及 RSEE T_(1/2),为异常地延长。这个检测方法是非创伤的、生理性的、定量的,只给予低幅射剂量、快速,在诊断和研究食管病方面非常灵敏。
Esophageal radiographs were performed on 80 humans using a Sigma 438/Mcs 560 type computerized gamma camera. The victim swallowed a 1mCi dose of ~99m (methylene) sulfide. The computer collects data by frame, 1 second per frame, for a total of 16 seconds. Using the RENAL program, we can obtain a time-intensity curve and 4 indicators. We can also calculate RETT and RSEE T_(1 for each region of interest). /2). The normal range of RETT is 6.22±2.77 seconds, and RSEE T_(1/2) is less than 2.5 seconds. The esophagus can be blocked by cancer, RSEE T_(1/2) should be extended. About 15 to 18 days after esophagectomy, RSEET_(1/2) should be reduced or normal. Eleven of the 14 patients with sympathetic pharyngeal paraesthesia had abnormal RET T or RSEET_(1/2), and RET T and RSEE T_(1/2) in patients with scleroderma, achalasia, and esophageal spasm were abnormally prolonged. This test method is non-invasive, physiological, and quantitative. It only gives low dose radiation and is fast. It is very sensitive in diagnosing and studying esophageal diseases.
