国内外很多关于现场控制的研究大部分关注于制造业,在民航领域有东航、深航、南航对维修现场5S管理、安全管理、现场设备RCM进行了相关研究,对训练类院校大面积的初中教机运行现场控制的资料很少。近3年学院的初中教机运行过程中,出现过初教机撞墙伤人、螺旋桨伤人的两起不安全事件,怎样将此类事件的发生可能性降到最小,对于保持及提升初中教机现场运行安全水平很有必要。学院初中教机运行区,人员组成成分最多,维修人员、机务实习生、飞行人员在分布区域比较广的现场区域内,不搞好现场控制,造成人员伤害的风险系数较大。本文将重点关注现场控制的优化,用符合学院运行实际的现场控制理论,服务于学院初中教机的运行区安全管理,将人员伤害的可能性降低到最小。
