本期接上期,继续刊发文化部重点课题《群众文化需求和基本文化权益研究》的第二、三部分。在第二部分“现代化进程对文化需求的影响”中,着重分析了经济发展、社会阶层变迁、公民社会的发展、新技术应用对文化需求的影响。在第三部分“文化需求与公共文化服务体系建设”中,从公共文化服务提供的产品角度,对群众这些需求层次和政府在提供公共文化服务产品的选择方面进行了分析,并就现阶段公共文化文化服务体系建设中如何进一步完善现有文化设施,如何使文化产品和服务更加贴近不同区域、不同层次群众的需求,如何保障文化设施的有效运转等重大问题进行了探索性思考。
In the current period, the second and third parts of the “Key Research on Mass Cultural Needs and Basic Cultural Rights and Interests” continue to be published. In the second part, “the influence of the modernization process on cultural needs” focuses on the influence of economic development, social stratum changes, civil society development and the application of new technologies on cultural needs. In the third part, “Cultural Needs and Public Cultural Service System Construction”, from the perspective of the products provided by public cultural services, we analyze the needs of the masses and the government’s choices in providing public cultural services. In the process of building public cultural and cultural service system, how to further improve the existing cultural facilities, how to make the cultural products and services closer to the needs of different regions and different levels of the masses and how to ensure the effective operation of the cultural facilities are explored.
