在用油酸钠与十二烷混合物作捕收剂浮选磷酸盐矿石时 ,试验了一组壬基苯基聚乙烯乙二醇酯表面活性剂的优良作用。为了评价浮选结果 ,测定了用油酸钠和非离子表面活性剂制备的单一和二元表面活性剂溶液的平衡表面张力。用溶液表面张力的变化和根据表面张力数据计算出的相互作用指数来决定表面活性剂之间的协同作用。在非离子表面活性剂存在时 ,油酸钠溶液的表面张力降低。油酸钠与非离子表面活性剂NP 4之间的相互作用参数计算值为 -0 2 1,这表明两种表面活性剂之间发生吸引。然后在磷酸盐矿石分批浮选中试验了非离子表面活性剂NP 4。在捕收剂不同用量和捕收剂不同组合时 ,证实了非离子表面活性剂的促进作用
A good set of nonylphenyl polyethylene glycol surfactants were tested for their ability to float phosphate ore using a combination of sodium oleate and dodecane as a collector. In order to evaluate the flotation results, the equilibrium surface tension of single and binary surfactant solutions prepared with sodium oleate and non-ionic surfactant was determined. The synergy between surfactants is determined by the change of solution surface tension and the interaction index calculated from the surface tension data. The surface tension of the sodium oleate solution is reduced in the presence of non-ionic surfactant. The calculated interaction parameter between sodium oleate and non-ionic surfactant NP 4 is -0 2 1, indicating attraction between the two surfactants. The non-ionic surfactant NP 4 was then tested in batch flotation of phosphate ore. At different dosages of collectors and different combinations of collectors, the promotion of nonionic surfactants was confirmed
