“2004年国内薪酬统计报告”近日出炉,显示出今年职场的两个重大变化。第一个变化让国企人高兴:虽然实际收入还远不如外企,但今年国企薪酬的涨幅首次超过了外企;第二个变化让北京人高兴:在各种薪酬排行榜上总是排在上海后面的北京在2004年终于翻身,以3764元的平均月薪水平首次超过上海。国企中上层收入增幅大这份薪酬报告是由智联招聘时其人才数据库中超过200万份简历的数据资料进行统计后得出的,因此数据全部来源于各大城市的网上求职者。报告显示,不同性质企业的平均月薪排名与去年一样,从高到低分别是:外企3820元,民企2916元,国企2789元,国家机关2552元。但与去年相比,国企的月薪涨幅达到19%,比外企涨幅高出3个百分点,排名第一。涨幅最低的是国家机关,只有3%。

Top Scenario in State-Owned Enterprises Increase Salary Report This remuneration report is based on data collected from more than 2 million resumes in its talent database when Zhaopin recruited, so all the data comes from online job seekers in major cities. The report shows that the average monthly salary of enterprises of different nature is the same as that of last year. The highest and lowest are respectively: 3820 yuan for foreign enterprises, 2916 yuan for private enterprises, 2,789 yuan for state-owned enterprises and 2,552 yuan for state organs. However, compared with last year, the monthly salary of state-owned enterprises rose by 19%, 3% more than that of foreign enterprises, ranking No.1. The lowest increase is the state organs, only 3%.
