This article reports the effect of different growth conditions on the production of cell-bound penicillinase by Staphylococcus aureus isolates from Nanjing in 1985, and presents the favorable conditions for the production of cell-bound penicillinase by Staphylococcus aureus 85052. Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were different methods of cell comparison, the Staphylococcus aureus 85052 cells combined with penicillinase separation and purification were explored to establish the extracellular penicillinase in vitro
