研究了纯铁和310不锈钢于ZnCl_2KCl-KCl盐膜下在450℃纯氧气氛中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,两种材料都发生了加 速腐蚀,生成了与基体黏附性很差的氧化膜,并且在外氧化膜/基体界面出现了金属氯化物.此外与纯铁相比,310不锈钢腐蚀 后的产物层更易于脱落.讨论了材料发生加速腐蚀的机制.
The corrosion behavior of pure iron and 310 stainless steel in pure oxygen atmosphere at 450 ℃ under ZnCl_2KCl-KCl salt solution was studied. The results show that both materials accelerated corrosion, resulting in poor adhesion with the substrate oxide film, and in the outer oxide film / substrate interface appeared metal chloride. In addition, compared with pure iron, 310 stainless steel corrosion of the product layer more easily shedding. The mechanism of accelerated corrosion of materials is discussed.
