冶金部北京有色冶金设计院和南京凤凰山铁矿“三结合”小组,于1977年底研制成功新型低频翻笼矿车清扫器(图1),安装在凤凰山铁矿选厂1号生产翻笼上(直径为3.0米圆筒式翻笼,1.9米~3矿车)。使用以来,运转正常,效果较好,大大简化了矿车结底的清扫工序。(一)技术特征电动机 JO_2型,4级,10千瓦减速机 ZL35,传动比35.1:1(代用)振动频率 46次/分振幅(托架行程) 0~123毫米(二)结构特点1.清扫矿车时间短,效果好。每次可同时清扫两部矿车,在一般情况下,只需6~10秒
