运用血清肌酸激酶值监控举重运动员的训练负荷承受力

目的 :通过对 7名优秀男子举重运动员训练过程中的血清肌酸激酶 (CK)值进行系统的监测、分析 ,掌握CK值的个体特征 ,尤其是在大负荷训练时的变化规律。方法 :周一晨测得恢复值 ,周四、周六晨测得训练中值 ,若发现运动员的CK值明显上升并大于 10 0 0U/L时 ,则连续跟踪检测 ,记录运动员训练专项技术指标 ,同时登记运动员的主观感觉情况 ,所用的仪器为德国产Refloron干式全血生化分析仪 ,采集 32 μl指尖血测试。结果 :(1)优秀年轻选手在高CK值状态下可能对高训练负荷的承受力及其恢复能力均较强 ;(2 )CK值恢复较慢的选手 ,专项素质和技术难以巩固和提高 ;(3)用CK值监控运动员训练时的机能状态可以推测运动员的潜在能力 ;(4 )某些部位突然承受大强度刺激也会引起CK值短暂快速上升 ;(5 )CK值可用于控制运动训练负荷。结论 :(1)血清CK值可作为评定优秀举重运动员对训练负荷的反应和适应以及判断运动员潜力的一项重要指标 ;(2 )在分析CK值变化时应考虑多方面因素 ;(3)要避免CK值的高峰在接近赛前出现 ,并且赛前一定要使CK值恢复到一定的范围之内 ;(4 )运用CK值建立运动员训练强度负荷的控制模式 ,应因人而异 ,并要经过一段时间的摸索 OBJECTIVE: To systematically monitor and analyze the serum creatine kinase (CK) value of seven elite male weightlifters during training, and to grasp the individual characteristics of CK value, especially during heavy-duty training.
