AIM: To investigate the role of Chk1 in G2 / M arrest in human gastric epithelial cells (GES-1) induced by sterigmatocystin (ST). Methods: Flow cytometry (FCM), real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to observe the effects of different concentrations of ST (3μmol / L, 6μmol / L, 12μmol / L) After 24 h, the cell cycle distribution, the expression of Chk1 and p-Chk1 in GES-1 cells were observed in vitro; then the interference of Chk1 siRNA was observed
