目的探讨一次性中心静脉导管在胸腹腔积液治疗中的应用价值。方法对80例胸腹腔积液患者行保留性胸腹腔穿刺置入中心静脉导管,间断引流胸腹水,并通过此导管腔内注射药物。结果 80例患者均穿刺成功,操作过程中均无不良反应。结论一次性中心静脉导管在胸腹腔积液中的应用效果好,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the value of disposable central venous catheters in the treatment of pleural effusion and ascites. Methods Eighty patients with thoracic and peritoneal effusion were placed into the central venous catheter with reserved thoracic and abdominal puncture, and the pleural and peritoneal fluid were drained intermittently. Drugs were injected through this catheter. Results 80 patients were successful puncture, no adverse reactions during the operation. Conclusion The application of one-time central venous catheter in the treatment of pleural effusion and ascites is effective and worthy of further popularization and application.
