本研究运用放射免疫分析观察腹腔内注射不同剂量白介素 2 (10 0 0U、2 0 0 0U)的雄性SD大鼠下丘脑和血浆中促性腺激素释放激素 (LHRH)以及血清睾酮的含量变化。结果显示 :①下丘脑LHRH水平呈下降趋势 ,但与对照组相比无统计学意义 ;②血浆LHRH水平下降 ,与对照组相比无显著性差别 ;③血清睾酮含量低于对照组 ,只有高剂量的IL 2有明显差别 ;结果提示 :IL 2可抑制下丘脑LHRH的分泌 ,降低血中睾酮水平
In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to observe the hypothalamus and plasma levels of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (LHRH) and serum testosterone in male SD rats with different doses of interleukin 2 (10 000 U, 2000 U) injected intraperitoneally. The results showed that: (1) hypothalamus LHRH levels showed a downward trend, but compared with the control group was not statistically significant; ② plasma LHRH levels decreased compared with the control group no significant difference; ③ serum testosterone levels were lower than the control group, only high Dose IL 2 significant difference; The results suggest that: IL 2 can inhibit hypothalamic LHRH secretion, lower blood levels of testosterone
